Cincinnati, Ohio - Award winning pyrotechnic display choreographer, Art Rozzi is
pleased to announce his new company, Arthur Rozzi Pyrotechnics.  This new venture
will focus on the narrow segment of the market interested in elite pyrotechnic
displays using state of the art digital design and shooting technology, including
audio and video integration, and a high degree of safety assurance.  Backed by a
lifetime of experience, Art widely is considered an innovator in the pyrotechnic
world and will concentrate his enthusiasm for technological advances in products,
firing systems, and safety training in this new company.

Kevin Lynch of Greendale, Indiana will be joining Arthur Rozzi Pyrotechnics as the
managing partner of the company.  Mr. Lynch recently completed four years of service
as an officer of the National Fireworks Association, most recently as President, has
more than 15 years experience as a show producer, and has extensive credentials in
pyrotechnic safety.  "I am looking forward to having the opportunity to work with
such a well respected member of the fireworks community," said Lynch.  "We will
deliver a level of pyrotechnic performance not available in today's market."

Arthur Rozzi Pyrotechnics will also be utilizing the services of Pyromaster, LLC
owned by Jamie Deye of Cincinnati, Ohio.  Pyromaster provides trained personnel and
state of the art technical equipment for some of the most complex pyro-productions
in the world.

Mr. Rozzi plans to continue his role with Rozzi's Famous Fireworks and has
encouraged their investment in this new venture.

Arthur Rozzi Pyrotechnics is officially expected to launch in the spring of 2010
